Payments

Payment in the Origo Gift Card e-shop can be made in the following ways:

• by wire transfer as per invoice;
• by MasterCard and VISA payment cards;
• by using internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor.

The order is prepared within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment (depending on the size of the order), concerning specific orders, please, call: 67018168 or write to: davanukarte@origo.lv.

When the order is ready, information about the picking up or delivery of the order is sent to the buyer to the e-mail address indicated in the order.

Internet payments are secure, because your data is protected with a SSL certificate.

Delivery

Legal entities can receive orders:

• By courier to the delivery address indicated in the order anywhere in Latvia. Delivery is performed on business days, and the courier contacts the recipient indicated in the order in advance.
  Delivery by courier is performed not earlier than on the next business day and not later than within 5 business days (depending on the size of the order) after payment for the order is received in the bank account of Linstow SIA on a business day before 12:00 noon (concerning specific orders, please, call: 67018168 or write to: davanukarte@origo.lv).
  The charge for delivery by courier is set according to the pricelist.
  Before the order is handed over to the courier, the customer must send an authorisation issued by the legal entity concerned specifying the name of the recipient authorised to collect the particular Gift Card order from the courier, if the recipient indicated in the order is not an authorised signatory.
  The recipient of the order must be the same person as the one indicated in the authorisation, and must be at least 15 years old.
  When receiving the order the recipient will have to show an identity document.
• In the Origo Gift Card e-shop office, on business days 10:00–17:00. When picking up the order, the recipient must present a valid identity document and an authorisation issued by the legal entity concerned if the recipient is not an authorised signatory. 

Individuals can receive orders:

• At the Origo information desk. The order can be picked up during the working hours of the information desk. A representative of the information desk will contact the recipient indicated in the order and inform about the possibility to pick up the order.
  The recipient of the order must be the same person as the one indicated in the order, and must be at least 15 years old. When receiving the order the recipient will have to show an identity document.
  Delivery to the shopping centre is performed not earlier than within one business day and not later than within 2 business days after payment for the order is received in the bank account of Linstow SIA on a business day before 12:00 noon (concerning specific orders, please, call: 67018168 or write to: davanukarte@origo.lv).
